The Total Leadership Framework Course is based on the leadership framework developed by Leader Development, Inc.
The Course brings all the different elements of leadership into a coherent and practical whole.
It dispels the confusion that comes from the overwhelming choices around leadership development, and allows leaders to know which aspects of leadership they need to focus on.
By the end of the Course, confusion is replaced with clarity and renewed confidence as a leader. Leaders will know which leadership resources they need and which ones they don't need. They will uncover and dispel mistaken assumptions about leadership that all leaders inevitably have.
The organization itself also experiences a profound transformation because of the transformation in their leaders at all levels of the organization. These leaders bring a common language for change, they clarify expectations and accountability, and they shape the organization's culture through their renewed and redirected leadership.
The Process:
Participants go through a seven-module course composed of two parts: in their own time, they view the short online videos for each module, and they attend a live virtual group discussion session to help them apply the key ideas of the module.
Length:
Each of the seven modules has an average of ten videos, each video's average length is under nine minutes, and the average total viewing for each module is under 90 minutes.
